All Change

After the AEJC at Hickstead I took Emma and Biscuit to a two day show at Felbridge, just to let them finish the season jumping in a familiar place.  They both jumped double clear and full of confidence on both days. Emma's holiday started the next day, but Biscuit has now been sold although she is with us until the end of October. I am keeping her ticking over, and going to the odd show so that she is all ready for her new owner.

Homer has also been sold and has gone to his new home hunting with the Wynnstay in Cheshire. He is such a lovely horse and was really ready for his new job when he left, so I hope they will have a lovely time with him.

Luendi

I have now bought two lovely four year olds, Espirito Santo who is by Ars Vivendi out of a Diamond Lad mare who jumped very successfully in Ireland, and Luendi who is also by Ars Vivendi out of Luandra who jumped Nations Cups with Shane Breen. Espirito Santo (Rabbit) has been with us for 10 days and Luendi for 2 days. They both had their first jump in our school today, but I had been lucky enough to ride them quite a lot before I bought them. Rabbit was bred by Michael Quirke and Luendi by Shane. I am thrilled to have them both at home now. They are both lovely types, fantastic jumpers, forward going and not too big, all of which suits me.  They have lovely temperaments both to ride and to handle so I am really excited about the future with them.
